These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, pages, and services provided by Staylio LLC ("Staylio," "we," "us," or "our").
By using Staylio's website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Section 1 — What Staylio does
Staylio helps property managers and property owners create story-led property marketing experiences designed to support direct booking interest, guest engagement, and property-level marketing insights.
Staylio does not replace booking platforms, property management systems, payment processors, or property managers. Staylio works alongside the booking paths and channels customers already use.
Section 2 — Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or services
- Attempt to interfere with security or operation of the website
- Access systems or data without permission
- Submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content
- Use Staylio in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Section 3 — No booking or revenue guarantee
Staylio is designed to improve property presentation, visitor engagement, and direct booking intent. However, we do not guarantee:
- Increased bookings
- Increased revenue
- Specific conversion rates
- Search ranking improvements
- Placement or visibility on third-party booking platforms
- Any particular business outcome
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Staylio's control, including property availability, pricing, market conditions, guest demand, photography quality, reviews, platform rules, and customer follow-up.
Section 4 — Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information
- Ensuring they have rights to use any submitted photos, listing content, guest comments, trademarks, or other materials
- Keeping booking links, calendar links, and property information accurate
- Reviewing and approving property-page content before publication where applicable
- Complying with laws, platform rules, property management agreements, and guest communication requirements
Staylio may rely on information provided by customers or available from customer-approved sources.
Section 5 — Property content and permissions
By providing property content to Staylio, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that content for marketing and property-page purposes.
You grant Staylio permission to use, process, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the services.
This may include use of property photos, listing descriptions, amenity details, guest-facing content, local information, and related materials.
Section 6 — AI-assisted and generated content
Staylio may use AI-assisted tools, automation, or other content systems to help create, refine, organize, or present property marketing content.
AI-assisted content may require human review. Customers are responsible for reviewing property-specific content for accuracy, completeness, and suitability before relying on or publishing it.
Section 7 — Third-party services
Staylio may work with or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment services, booking platforms, property management tools, communication providers, and media processing providers.
Staylio is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, or their actions.
When you use third-party services, their terms and policies apply.
Section 8 — Payments and billing
Paid plans, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Staylio fees are separate from any booking platform fees, property management fees, payment processing fees, or third-party service costs.
Staylio does not take booking commissions unless expressly agreed in writing.
Section 9 — Intellectual property
Staylio owns or licenses the website, software, designs, workflows, branding, technology, templates, and other materials used to provide the services.
Customers retain ownership of property content they provide, subject to the rights granted to Staylio to provide the services.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Staylio's software, systems, branding, or materials without permission.
Section 10 — Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow Staylio to use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
Section 11 — Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services at any time.
We aim to keep Staylio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Section 12 — Disclaimers
Staylio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Section 13 — Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staylio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost bookings, lost data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staylio's total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid to Staylio for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Section 14 — Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Staylio from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your property content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
- Your booking, guest, property, or customer relationships
Section 15 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, fail to pay amounts owed, or create legal, security, or operational risk.
You may stop using Staylio at any time, subject to any applicable agreement or billing terms.
Section 16 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Section 17 — Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of Staylio after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
